Please call the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your mental health benefits for office visit prior to your first session. These are some helpful questions to ask:

• Is outpatient mental health covered under my plan?

• Do I have to meet a deductible before my benefits apply?

• What is my copay or co-insurance that I'm responsible for?

If you are insured through other plans and would like to use your insurance provider to cover some of the service costs, we can provide you with the necessary information on your bill so that you may submit it to your insurance provider for partial reimbursement.

 

Payment is due at the time of service. Payment may be made by Zelle or credit card.
